Snacks

I recommend the following snack if you are lazy and don't care what you eat:

Open a can of refried beans.
Scoop out half the can into a bowl.
Squirt in some barbecue sauce.
Mix and serve.

If you are very motivated this can be heated, but then its your responsibility to wash the pan.
