I think it's ridiculous that Martha Stewart has to do time. I hope she gets out fast. Really. Come on. What did she do? Lie? Yes, it was stupid and she should be penalized but throw a huge fine at her, take away a lot of her money, but not her freedom. Come on, people, this is the United States.
