The people who work in the faculty mailroom here at Barnard College give you answers to questions like "What time should I drop off a FedEx package?" as if it were a matter of opinion.

They always have their door closed and say they are distributing mail, but I can hear music and laughter. I handled mail when I went to college and there was laughter but never music.
